To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times (wagering requirement 15x).
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- A member may use a specific bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering conditions have been met.
- If bonus abuse or attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
- q99bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus wagering conditions have a set validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once that period expires.
4.3 VIP Program
The q99bet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is up to 0.4% at the Bronze tier, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular activity on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to separate terms.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or event and are stated on the relevant game or event page. q99bet reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
5.2 Void Bets
A bet may be considered void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:
- If an event or match is not completed and no result is determined.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
